Interactive demo · fictional data

Your whole fleet — every truck, every kilometre, every dollar.

Units, preventive maintenance, mechanical inspections, work orders, parts, fuel and fuel cards, renewals, IFTA, GPS odometers, mechanics’ time clock and full accounting. You know what every vehicle costs, what is due this week and what is keeping the fleet off the road. One platform, in English and French, in the browser.

The demo opens on Transport Boréal: 26 units on 3 sites, 21 employees, 18 months of maintenance, fuel and repairs. It lives on its own — watch the fill-ups come in and the drivers do their pre-trip inspections.

A day with the fleet

From the warning light on the dash to the supplier’s invoice — without retyping a thing.

The meter entered at the pump triggers the service, the service becomes a work order, the work order uses the parts and the hours, and the costs land on the right unit and in the books.

1

One record per unit

Everything that touches a vehicle is in one place: meters, documents, maintenance history, parts and labour, fuel, inspections and cost analysis.

  • Odometer and engine hours, with the daily average
  • Condition score out of 100 and the next service due
  • 12-month cost and cost per kilometre
  • Printable barcode for every truck
A unit record
2

Preventive maintenance that schedules itself

Programs by kilometres, hours or calendar. The forecast follows each unit’s real pace, and one click opens the work orders for everything that is due.

  • Overdue, due, due soon
  • Preventive maintenance compliance rate
  • Mechanical inspections and pre-trip inspections tracked
The maintenance schedule
3

The work order, from complaint to correction

Complaint, cause, correction: every task is documented. The mechanics punch onto the work order, the parts come out of stock, and the total adds itself up.

  • Labour punched, not estimated
  • Parts ordered from the work order; it resumes when they arrive
  • Work log: what everyone wrote

Fuel under watch

Fill-ups are imported from the fuel cards or entered by hand. The system spots the ones outside a unit’s normal range: a meter typed wrong, a partial fill, or fuel taking another road.

  • L/100 km per unit and for the fleet
  • The thirstiest units
  • Fuel cost per kilometre
Fuel tracking
5

The fuel card statement, in one drop

Drop the Excel or CSV file from Petro-Pass, Ultramar, Esso or any other provider: the columns are recognised, every line is matched to its truck by card number, and duplicates, washer fluid and DEF are set aside.

  • French or English, litres or gallons
  • Odometers and accounting entries written at once
  • The province or state of every fill, for IFTA
Importing a fuel card statement
6

Renewals, before they expire

Plates, insurance, PEP certificates, IRP cab cards and IFTA decals for the trucks; licences, medical certificates and dangerous-goods training for the drivers; the company’s NIR, IFTA licence, CVOR and UCR. Everything that expires, in one list.

  • Expired, 30, 60 and 90 days
  • « Renewed » in one click, history kept
  • On the dashboard, every morning
Renewals and compliance
7

IFTA, every quarter

Distance by province and state comes from the trips, fuel from the card statements. The report works out the fuel burned, the tax-paid fuel bought and the tax or credit for each jurisdiction.

  • Checks before filing
  • In km and litres or in miles and gallons
  • Odometers read by the Geotab GPS boxes

In the field

The driver, the mechanic: each with their own screen, in their pocket.

The pre-trip inspection is done on the phone, point by point. A defect opens a work order in the shop on the spot, and the mechanic sees it in their list — before the truck even arrives.
